Healthplans for Canines & Felines

• Adults - $21.50 per month or $258 per year
• Pediatric - $26 per month or $312 per year
• Senior* - $312 per year

Plus a one time enrollment fee of $34; $9 for each additional pet when signed up at the same time. *Senior pets signing up for a new healthplan must start an annual plan.

New rate went into effect October 1, 2012.

The healthplan is a one year contract which renews itself in one year terms on the anniversary date of the contract. A $34 cancellation fee, plus any discounts received in excess of payments, may result, if canceled earlier than the term stated on the contract.  The healthplan may be changed at any time as requirements dictate.  The healthplan is not insurance.  The healthplan is a pre-paid or monthly payment program to help consumers better affored care for their pets.  For use within Animal Medical Center only.
